Ces étangs ont étés creusé lors de la construction de ligne de chemin de fer qui passe au milieu reliant Belfort à Paris pour surélever les voies et ainsi créer une pente douce. Endroit très calme, et beaucoup d’endroits pour se garer dans l’herbe.
